The reading room and the stacks of DIVA's library are integrated and part of one climatized space, in order to take good care of our precious books. This means we cannot allow any food or drinks in the reading room. Only a bottle of water is allowed. DIVA can unfortunately not provide a room for a relaxing break breaks, nor food and beverages. On the ground floor (opposite the elevator) there are lockers to stack away your bags and coats. Only study materials and laptop are allowed in the reading room.
Also welcome with a wheelchair.
DIVA is located a stone’s throw away from De Grote Markt. Stay indoors to revise quietly in one of the exhibitions, or go out and learn about your own city. Behold the Cathedral in all its glory, stroll along the River Scheldt or discover the Vlaeykensgang a little further.
Looking for more inspiration? At your study place, you will find the Antwerp Student Guide listing all the hip restaurants, cafés and bars nearby.
