Het Bos is an artistic house where art, social engagement and encounters take center stage. During block period, Het Bos throws its doors wide open, welcoming anyone looking for an inspiring environment to study. Always wanted to study in a place where young artists, musicians, dancers, cooks and other creatives come together? Where the creative energy is in the air? Then Het Bos is the ideal study place for you! Be inspired by the surroundings, and give your study brain room to bloom.

Stress control

Trying to look after your (mental) health during exam season? Or looking for somewhere you can go for a chat?

Here’s how to avoid stress

Time for a break

Take a relaxing walk around Het Eilandje and admire the boats of all shapes and colours moored along the quay. Or stroll to the docks and let the waves of de Schelde calm your senses. Prefer a panoramic view? At the top of the MAS, you get a stunning (and free) view of Antwerp's skyline. The perfect place to catch your breath.

A little bit hungry? You can go to the Albert Heijn or BioPlanet. Plenty of choice. Fancy a delicious sandwich? Next to the Albert Heijn is Allee Mongee, and a little further on you will find Oude Leeuw. For coffee lovers, there are several options: Koffee Dealers, Colonel Coffee, Maona and Cuperus provide the caffeine you need to recharge your batteries. In short, something for everyone.
