Study spaces in the heart of Antwerp
De Pit is an office building located on the Leien (hello accessibility!). It’s an open house and meeting place of Stedelijk Onderwijs, offering workspaces, meeting rooms, and training facilities. The name refers, on the one hand, to the drive and passion of its staff, and on the other to the invisible driving force behind Stedelijk Onderwijs.
Come and study on the first floor and enjoy the beautiful view of the Leien.

Stress control
Trying to look after your (mental) health during exam season? Or looking for somewhere you can go for a chat?
Here’s how to avoid stress
Time for a break
There are so many lunch and break spots nearby that exam stress will quickly give way to choice overload. That’s why we’ve rounded up our best tips:
Need a break from your books? Go relax on the lovely terrace at the location itself. Nearby and peaceful!
For a break in the greenery, just turn the corner toward Stadspark. Go for a stroll to clear your head or relax on a bench while enjoying chirping birds and wagging four-legged friends.
Prefer to disappear into the buzz of the city for a bit? Cross the Leien and you’ll find yourself right at Theaterplein, Meir, and Shopping Stadsfeestzaal.
When it comes to lunch, you’re perfectly located too because the world’s cuisine is at your feet! Craving Indian food? Ahaar Delux is just an 8-minute walk away. Rather prefer Pakistani? Nawaab Tandoori is only a 6-minute walk down Quellinstraat. On that same street, you’ll find breakfast, lunch, and coffee with South American influences at ESCO*BAR.
Want to truly treat your study brain? Then head to chocolatier Del Rey! You’ll pay a little extra for a pastry, but your brain cells will thank you.
