Studying (or shopping) at the Meir
In 2017, Telenet opened their Flagship store on the Meir, It is the place where shopping, according to the telecom company, has become a true experience through the combination of discovering, working and learning. On the first floor of this store there are 15 places available for students who want to imagine themselves in this world of experience. A colorful urban jungle with lots of light and a beautiful view of the largest shopping street in Antwerp, what more do you want? Fast internet of course! No problem at all with Telenet ;).

Time for a break
Not in the mood for shopping, but looking for some power food? Head to the Wilde Zee where you can score a delicious and healthy lunch at LKKRR or EXKi. Prefer a quick bite? Within a minute you are at the door of Panos or Foodmaker. For a slightly more extensive lunch you can imagine yourself in the hummus-walhalla of Chickpea at the Melkmarkt and then wrap up with a froyo from Moochie. For the shorter breaks, activities can also be undertaken in the experience store itself. Put on VR glasses to briefly forget about the study sorrow or follow an interesting interactive workshop around social media. Of course you can chill in the coffee corner in between as well, sounds good right?

Getting there
The Flagship store is located in the center of Antwerp. Right in front of the door you will find a Velo station (Meirbrug) and bicycle sheds for your own steel steed. Would you rather come by tram? You can! Various trams stop in front of the door, such as lines 4 and 7. Even with the metro you are there in no time! Lines such as 3, 5, 9 and 15 stop at the Meir stop, which is a minute’s walk from this dream location. Plan your ideal route via www.slimnaarantwerpen.be.
